Great America Networks Conferencing sites customer demand as the reason for licensing JCS Collaboration Addin for Microsoft® Outlook®.

Apollo Beach, Fla., December 6, 2007- JCS Technologies, Inc., application developer for the audio conference and web collaboration industry, announced it recently licensed JCS Collaboration Addin for Microsoft Outlook to Great America Networks Conferencing.

Access information (phone numbers, passcodes, webconference links) are added to the form with a click of a button. Users do not have to remember or look up conference access information.

 

The resulting E-mail or Appointment is branded with Great America Networks Conferencing logo and web links. This visual cue, sent to all participants on a call, increases brand recognition. In addition, each participant has a record, including web site links, stored in Outlook for easy reference at a later date when a service provider decision may be contemplated.
