WebDialogs’ “One Time Participant Code” integrated into “Collaboration Addin” for Microsoft® Outlook®.

e-mail invitations using JCS Technologies’ tool for Outlook.

 

Apollo Beach, FL, April4, 2007 - JCS Technologies, Inc., application developer for the audio conference and Web collaboration industry, today announced integration of WebDialogs’ one time participant code functionality into JCS’ Collaboration Addin for Microsoft Outlook.

 

The Collaboration Addin provides an off the shelf solution for conference service providers (CSPs) to quickly, easily, and cost-effectively increase referral sales, improve market visibility and provide added value to customers. The Addin integrates with Outlook’s e-mail and meeting appointment forms, providing moderators the ability to schedule conferences as easily as they schedule meetings. The resulting e-mail or appointment can be CSP branded with the CSP’s name and logo. With this tool, CSPs can create an effective sales channel through their customers.

 

With Release 5 of the Collaboration Addin, moderators can schedule conferences with WebDialogs and easily add the one time participant code to their emails with the click of a button. This enhancement adds functionality and ease of use to the Addin. The WebDialogs Executive service already provides this interface in the appointment form in Outlook. Now, JCS is adding this capability to e-mail forms as well.

 

JCS provides CSPs with the Collaboration Addin software, a customization toolkit, and a one year support license. Using the toolkit the CSP can easily customize the Addin with its product names, Web site links, access data, and logo. The Addin can be installed on an unlimited number of machines during the support period. The support license can be extended after the first year.
