Improvements have been made to the Appearance and Flexibility of the  JCS Collaboration Addin for Outlook

 

Apollo Beach, FL, March 16, 2006 - JCS Technologies, Inc., application developer for the audio conference and web collaboration industry, today announced the availability of Release 2 of the Collaboration Addin for Microsoft Outlook.

 

The Collaboration Addin provides an off the shelf solution for Conference Service Providers looking for a method to quickly, easily, and cost effectively increase their market visibility and improve referral sales. The Addin integrates into Outlook’s E-mail and Meeting Appointment forms allowing end-users to schedule a conference as easily as they schedule a meeting. The resulting E-mail or Appointment is CSP branded. With this tool, CSPs create an effective sales channel through their customers.

 

Release 2 improves the appearance and adds flexibility to e-mails with the following changes.

Add customizable drop down control for command buttons.

The paper clip and attachment listing for the logo file are hidden.

Eliminated screen flashing when Word is used as the e-mail editor.

 

JCS provides CSPs with the Collaboration Addin software, a Customization Toolkit, and a Support License. The Toolkit is used to easily customize the Addin with the CSP’s product names, website links, access data, and logo. The Addin can be installed on an unlimited number of machines during the Support Period.
