JCS Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1993 to develop a Reservation System for GTE's World Wide Conference Center. The Conference Center has grown significantly and is now Verizon® Conference Connections. We have grown as well, adding MultiLink® (now Premier®), Voyant® Technologies (now a division of Polycom®), and ClearOne® Communications (now Premiere® Conferencing) to our list of customers.

 

Custom software in the conference industry has been our business. We understand the complexities of conferencing and the multitude of available options for implementing a CSP. Choices must be made concerning hardware, software, sales, marketing and operations. Often these choices are driven by an existing install base. We have been providing solutions utilizing a variety of platforms in this environment for over ten years.

 

Realizing a single product will not address the issues of all conference centers, we developed our Integrated Conference Service Architecture (ICSA) to accommodate a wide range of implementations.  ICSA is not dependent on a specific brand of conference bridge, or data collaboration system, or CRM, or billing system.  It can accommodate a variety of products, off the shelf or home grown. If it has an interface, then we will interface to it.
